Westminster tops Whitesburg Christian in overtime

The Westminster School at Oak Mountain defeated Whitesburg Christian 73-67 in overtime in high school basketball action Dec. 3.
Jake Doggett led the Knights with 29 points in the victory. Doggett also grabbed 11 rebounds to finish with a double-double.
Jeffrey Stanford nearly recorded a triple-double as he finished with 25 points, 16 rebounds and seven assists to go along with five steals in the win.
