-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Recovered were miscellaneous clothing and consumable items valued at $160.69.

-Criminal mischief from the parking lot of Firehouse subs (parking lot, garage).

-Criminal trespass and theft of property from the 300 block of Willow Glen Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a copper coil from an AC unit valued at $400.

-Runaway juvenile and found juvenile from the 100 block of Independence Court (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered was a Boost Mobile phone valued at $49.99.

-Domestic incident from the 1400 block of Navajo Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 1400 block of Heather Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon – brass knuckles from the 800 block of Tradewinds Circle (residence, home). Confiscated were a small plastic bag containing 0.08 grams of suspected marijuana, a homemade gravity bong and a set of brass knuckles.

 

Nov. 23

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 200 block of Brentwood Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 11 at Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Harassment from the 1400 block of Alexander Court (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 250 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen was a Panasonic Blu-Ray player valued at $199.

-Runaway from Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 900 block of First Street Southwest (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a carryall wallet valued at $10, $135 in U.S. currency, an Alabama Central Credit Union Debit Card valued at $1, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $1, a Social Security card valued at $1 and a Samsung Gravity cell phone valued at $250.

-Obstruction of justice by using a false identity and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 1565 Simmsville Road (service, gas station). Confiscated was a metal marijuana pipe.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of Second Avenue Southwest (commercial).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a ladies’ purse valued at $20, a Superior Bank debit card, $20 in U.S. currency, a Hamilton High School class ring valued at $650, an makeup bag with a zebra design containing assorted makeup valued at $10 and a medium size carry all bag with zebra design containing toiletries valued at $35.

-Domestic investigation and domestic violence – assault from the 1800 block of Fulton Springs Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Heather Lane (restaurant). Stolen was an Alabama vehicle valued at $134.18.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Ninth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Recovered was marijuana wrapped in a cellophane baggie valued at $10.

-Open gate from the 1300 block of Highway 31 (specialty store).

-Criminal mischief and criminal trespass from the 100 block of Horseshoe Circle (residence, home). Damaged were two sets of Christmas lights valued at $20.

-Burglary from the 1300 block of Hillwood Drive (residence, home). Damaged were door windows in the amount of $100 and a door frame in the amount of $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the South Colonial Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were $400 in U.S. currency, a checkbook, a camouflage Tinker Bell purse valued at $16, a metal case with a flower on the front valued at $9, a Visa card, an American Express card and a Discover card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Alabaster Boulevard (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Kentucky windbreaker valued at $35, a Tennessee Titans fleece jacket valued at $40, a Kentucky windbreaker valued at $40, a black leather satchel valued at $50, two sets of keys with a car fob valued at $150, 10 Subway gift cards valued at $200 and damaged was a driver-side window in the amount of $250.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Alabaster Boulevard (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Columbia sports jacket valued at $120, a compound bow valued at $400, a trophy ridge fiber optic sight valued at $120, a bow sling valued at $5, a Trophy Ridge stabilizer valued at $50, four arrow valued at $80 and a Scott Mongoose release valued at $80.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a necklace.

-Theft III – shoplifting from 5100 U.S. 31 (department store). Recovered were a hoodie valued at $16.97 and SPCD pumpkin wax valued at $6.

-Burglary III and theft from the 10 block of Oneal Drive (residence, home). Stolen were miscellaneous jewelry items valued at $2,500 and two silver dollars valued at $100.

-Fugitive from justice and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 132 Highway 87 and 10947 Highway 25 (service, gas station). Recovered was glass pipe commonly used to inhale illegal narcotics (methamphetamine), a Lenk LPT-200 butane-powered hand torch, a small and clear plastic baggie containing a white powder substance believed to be 1.5 grams of methamphetamines, a coffee filter containing a white powder substance believed to be 1.3 grams of methamphetamines and a 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche SUV.

-Identity theft from the 900 block of 10th Street (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from 132 Highway 87 (parking lot, garage).

Recovered were crack pipe valued at $1, 7.5 white Methadone Hydrochloride 10 mg valued at $1, one Gabapentin 600 mg valued at $1, three blue Clonazepan 1 mg valued at $1 and two white Lexapro 20 mg valued at $1.

-Negotiating worthless instrument from the 4700 block of Highway 119 (service/gas station). Stolen were three checks on BBVA Compas checking accounts valued at $438, $437 and $369 respectively.

-Negotiating worthless instrument from the 4700 block of Highway 119 (service/gas station). Stolen was a check on BBVA compass checking account valued at $415.

-Negotiating worthless instrument from the 4700 block of Highway 119 (service/gas station). Stolen was a check on JP Morgan Chase checking account valued at $2,000.

-Death investigation – hospice from the 200 block of Beaver Creek Parkway (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen were body suits valued at $8, baby shoes valued at $6, a three pack of caps valued at $7, chicken valued at $8, a dinner plate valued at $6, a dinner plate valued at $4 and a dinner plate valued at $6.

-Receiving stolen property from the Pelham Police Department (government, public building). Recovered was a 1995 Dodge Ram pickup valued at $2,500.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Frontier Drive at Crosscreek Trail (highway, street). Confiscated were 10 Alprazolam tablets valued at $20, 10 Cyclolbenzaprine tablets valued at $10, a small roach containing suspected marijuana valued at $10 and a pack of JOB 1.5 rolling papers valued at $3.
