The Oak Mountain High School girls’ basketball team defeated Clay-Chalkville 43-32 in high school basketball action Dec. 13.

Hannah Griffin led the Eagles (8-3) with 16 points in the victory.

Maegen McDanal and Maddie Pierce added eight points each in the win.

BOYS

The Oak Mountain High School boys’ basketball team fell to Clay-Chalkville 48-46 in overtime in high school basketball action Dec. 13.

Graham McArthur led the Eagles (5-5) with 11 points.
