The Spain Park High School boys’ basketball team edged Grissom 46-42 in its opening game Dec. 20 in the Jaguar Classic.

Rembert Martin led the Jaguars (8-5) with 13 points in the victory.

Eric Washington added 11 points. Robby Prater finished with eight points and dished out a team-high four assists. Blake Dudchock contributed seven points and a team-high four rebounds.

Deion Wright added four points and three boards. Drew Morgan chipped in two points. John Elliot finished with one point and three rebounds. Sean Taylor finished with a team-high three steals.
