-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Kent Dairy Road (specialty store). Stolen was an unknown brand body wash valued at $1, an unknown brand of toothpaste valued at $1 and an unknown brand of shampoo valued at $1.

-Lost property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Reported missing were a black wallet valued at $40, $55 in U.S. currency and a credit card and a check card.

-Information only – firearms turn-in from the Alabaster Police Department (government, public building). Confiscated were a Colt agent. 38-special revolver valued at $100, an EIG four-shot pistol valued at $50, an Iver Johnson Arms five-shot revolver valued at $50, a Hopkins and Allen Arms pistol valued at $100 and an H and R Arms revolver valued at $100.

-Domestic violence investigation and assault from the 600 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Stolen were packaged meats.

-Theft of lost property from 100 South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy S cell phone valued at $600.

-Welfare check from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 31 south of I-65 (highway, street). Confiscated were clonazepam valued at $35, clonazepam valued at $5, heroin valued at $20, an aluminum can fashioned into a heating spoon valued at 75 cents and 13 syringes.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Portsouth Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a mailbox and post in the amount of $200.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Portsouth Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a brick mailbox in the amount of $400.

-Information from Park Village Circle (residence, home).

-Criminal trespass from the 1400 block of 14th Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Chinaberry Lane (residence, home).

-Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 700 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen was a Sony in-dash radio valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen was an Arkansas vehicle tag valued at $20.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Horseshoe Circle (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 7800 block of Highway 17 (other, unknown). Damaged was the front passenger-side tire and rim of a 2005 Ford Taurus (other, unknown).

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Henry Drive (residence, home).

Dec. 21

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 31 south of the Promenade (highway, street). Confiscated were a pill bottle containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, two hydrocodone pills, an Ambien and a fraudulent Florida driver’s license valued at $75.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen was a GE Hotpoint refrigerator valued at $175.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Wixford Way (residence, home). Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $15.

-Forgery from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were electronic checks valued at $1,048 and confiscated was a voided check.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. Highway 31 and Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated was a bag of marijuana and clonazepam.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Jefferson Lane (residence, home).

-Domestic incident and criminal mischief from Cohill Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a power cord in the amount of $30.

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Chinaberry Lane (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Park Place Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a Ginny’s brand stand mixer valued at $66.95, a Rollers stunt car valued at $44 and an egg separator valued at $5.

-Information only from the 100 block of Silverstone Lane (residence, home).

-Allowing a dog to run at large from Eighth Avenue Southwest and 10th Street Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated was a large male pitbull.

-Theft of property from Piggy Wiggly, (Supermarket), Stolen were two steaks valued at $28.

-Theft of property from Clear Springs Apartments,(Residence/Home), Stolen was one brown leather Fossil purse, $475 in U.S. Currency, one drivers license, one gold wedding band, two keys, check and a debit card.

-Found property from the 4800 block of Alabama 25 (other/unknown). Recovered was a black and white Nitro helmet valued at $1.

-Criminal mischief III from the 200 block of Overland Road (residence/home). Damaged was the glass of a driver door in the amount of $200.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance from Highway 119 and Middle Street (highway/street). Recovered were multicolored glass pipe with residue valued at $60, brown and white bottles labeled as Morphine Sulfate valued at $50, green leafy substance in clear plastic bag valued at $30, clear plastic bag containing orange strips with the marking M8 valued at $30, tobacco grinder with green leafy substance valued at $25, digital scales valued at $20 and clear syringes with residue valued at $15.

-Property damage from Highway 119 North and Freedom Parkway (highway/street). Damaged was a 2006 Nissan Altima in the amount of $1,000.

Dec. 19

-Death investigation – hospice from the 1200 block of Havenview Drive (residence, home). Destroyed were morphine sulphate and loraepam.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Heather Ridge Drive (residence, home). Forged was a Chase bank credit card.

-Sexual abuse from the 200 block of Silverleaf Drive (residence, home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident – occupied vehicle from the front parking lot of the Pelham city library (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 Ford Focus in the amount of $500.

Dec. 20

-Theft of property from the 3400 block of Indian Lake Way (commercial). Stolen was a 2005 Pace American cargo trailer valued at $3,000.

-Obstructing justice by using a false identity from Pelham Parkway southbound near Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous information from Massapequa, N.Y. (commercial).

-Unexplained lost property from an unknown location (other, unknown). Reported missing was a Ruger P89 9-millimeter pistol.

-Harassment from Crosscreek Trail (commercial).

-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of King Valley Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a black clasp wallet valued at $20, a birth certificate, a Social Security card and $20 in U.S. currency.

-Criminal mischief from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged were the door and steering column of a Chevrolet Avalanche in the amount of $500.

-Property damage – vehicle from Interstate 65 southbound near the 243 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 CTS in the amount of $1,500.

Dec. 21

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Tuscany Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a Samsung refrigerator valued at $2,300, an LG front-load washing machine valued at $1,090 and an LG front-load dryer valued at $980.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Interstate 65 southbound at the 242 mile marker (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the Cadence Bank parking lot (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were a small plastic baggie containing suspected marijuana valued at $10 and a multi-colored glass pipe containing burnt marijuana residue valued at $10.

Dec. 22

-Death investigation – hospice from the 2500 block of Martha Circle (residence, home).

-Property damage – vehicle from the Salvation Army at 3039 Wilson St. (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a trunk lid and left tail light on a 2004 Buick Century in the amount of $750.

-Property damage from the 200 block of Woodridge Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a residence and a Toyota Avalon.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of King Valley Street. Stolen were 97 Lortabs valued at $97 and an unknown sleeping medication.

-Criminal mischief from 2267 Pelham Parkway (bank). Damaged was an automobile radio antenna in the amount of $250.

Dec. 26

-Property damage from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was the front bumper of a 2010 Nissan Armada in the amount of $1,000 and a radiator fan assembly in the amount of $500.

-Theft of gasoline from 2191 Pelham Parkway (convenience store). Stolen were 8.31 gallons of gasoline valued at $26.
