The Vincent High School boys’ basketball team defeated Victory Christian 84-34 in Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 2A, Area 10 contest Jan. 10.

Anterio Rogers led the Yellow Jackets (14-5 overall, 5-0 in Class 2A, Area 10) with a game-high 17 points in the victory.

Tyler Williams added 15 points. Ryan Kelow and Damauntey Johnson chipped in 10 points each in the win.

GIRLS

The Vincent High School girls’ basketball team defeated Victory Christian 39-17 in an Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 2A, Area 10 contest Jan. 10.

Brooklyn Jones and Joy Tucker led the Yellow Jackets with 10 points each in the victory. Jones also dished out a team-high four assists.

Pam Mann led Vincent with 11 rebounds in the win.
