-Property damage from county road 41 near Trott Lane, Birmingham (Highway/Street) Damaged was one 2009 BMW 328i.

-Violation of a protection order from the 3600 block of Heatherbrook Road, Birmingham (Residence/Home) Stolen was furniture of unknown value.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham (Residence/Home).

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster (Residence/Home) Stolen was one black motorcycle trailer valued at $1,200 and one cedar six drawer dresser valued at $300.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2000 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham (Parking lot/ Garage) Recovered were two empty syringes, one full syringe with brown colored liquid, and one spoon with cotton and residue in it.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1200 block of Turtle Lake Drive (Residence/Home) Stolen was one Garmin GPS valued at $200.

-Theft of property from the 5200 block of Sunny Meadows Drive, Birmingham (Residence/Home) Stolen was a white gold, green amethyst stone with diamond baguettes valued at $600.

-Theft of property from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (Department store) Stolen was one Dyson DC 41 Animal valued at $599.

-Receiving stolen property from U.S. 280 and County Road 47, Chelsea (Highway/Street) Recovered was one maroon Nissan Sentra.

-Criminal mischief from the 2500 block of Highway 69, Chelsea (Highway/Street) Damaged was one plastic roadside mailbox valued at $25.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Highway 74, Chelsea (Highway/Street) Damaged was one plastic roadside mailbox with assorted mail valued at $45.
