Jan. 9
-Illegal possession of prescription drugs and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of First Street South (highway, street). Confiscated were citalopram, a glass crack pipe, two plastic bags with crack cocaine residue, a metal push rod and copper wire mesh.
-Identity theft from the Internet (residence, home).
-Criminal mischief from the 900 block of Falling Star Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a dining room window in the amount of $300.
-Identity theft and theft of property from the 7800 block of Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were funds from a Compass Bank checking account in the amount of $139.
-Menacing from Colonial Drive at Colonial Way (highway, street).
uUnlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at the Instructional Service Center (highway, street). Recovered were 5.8 grams of marijuana wrapped in a plastic bag.
-Damage to property from the 1700 block of Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Damaged were a front grill and a radiator in the amount of $1,500.
Jan. 10
-Damage to property from 100 First St. S.W. (other, unknown). Damaged was a Heil tank trailer in the amount of $1,000 and a metal sign and pole in the amount of $500.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from Interstate 65 at the 235 mile marker (highway, street).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1300 block of Hillwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a pair of gold earrings valued at $25 and a cedar chest valued at $10.

-Criminal mischief and criminal trespass from the 7000 block of County Road 17 (field, woods). Damaged was fencing in the amount of $100.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Wellington Manor Court (commercial). Stolen was a Toshiba laptop computer valued at $1,000 and damaged was a front glass door in the amount of $350.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Recovered were a Black and Decker laser level valued at $24.97 and Kobalt titanium razor blades valued at $4.28.

-Criminal mischief from Kerry Circle. Damaged were front and back door frames in the amount of $0.

-Theft I and criminal trespass II from the 800 block of 10th Street (other/unknown). Stolen were 1,500 feet of 2/5 Conductor track wire valued at $1,400, 300 feet of 5/14 conductor cable valued at $1,500 and 7/14 conductor cable valued at $2,000.

-Incident from Flagstone Lane (other/unknown). Damaged was a Chloe handbag in the amount of $485.
-Theft II from the 100 block of Bonnieville Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a Remington 11-87 shotgun valued at $400.

-Theft III from the 100 block of Calera Eagle Drive (school/college). Stolen was a black Lenovo netbook valued at $400.
-Property damage from Stonecreek Place (residence/home). Damaged was a black mailbox in the amount of $500.
-Property damage from the 100 block of Calera Eagle Drive (school/college). Damaged was a gold Mazda 3IT four-door automobile passenger side door int he amount of $1.
-Prescription fraud – controlled substance from the 90 block of Marketplace Circle (supermarket).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (highway/street). Damaged were Fred’s Pharmacy prescription bottles containing two Hydrocodone tablets valued at $0 and Fred’s Pharmacy prescription bottle containing eight hydrocodone tablets valued at $0.
-Burglary III and theft II from the 200 block of Village Drive (residence/home). Stolen were Xbox 360 valued at $400, Xbox games valued at $735, Compaq 215 DX laptop valued at $400, miscellaneous credit cards valued at $0, Regions bank checks valued at $0 and Phylipps valued at $100. Damaged were door and door frame valued at $0.
-Theft III from Highview Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a gas grill valued at $150.

Damaged were one Walmart prescription bottle containing Alprazolam 0.5 mg tablets, Alprazolam 1 mg tablets, Methylphenidate 10 mg tablets, Clonazepan 1 mg tablets, Endocet 10 mg tablets and Methadone 10 mg tablets valued at $0.
-Duty upon striking fixtures upon highway from the 700 block of Shelby County 87 (conv. store). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $150.

-Theft (shoplifting) III from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (dept store). Stolen were Ibuprofen valued at $10.98, bootcut jeans valued at $18.88, Mossy hoodie valued at $15, Jet Alert caffeine pills valued at $3.52 and Marilyn 2fer valued at $11.88.

-Theft II from Shelby County 84 (residence/home). Stolen was a 14-foot utility trailer valued at $1,400.
