Rylee Harper Blackmon, the infant daughter of Phillip and Heather Hafer Blackmon of Jemison, was born and passed away on Feb. 3, 2012 at Brookwood Medical Center in Homewood.

She is survived by her parents, along with maternal grandparents, Richard and Sandy Hafer of Jemison; paternal grandparents, Randy and Jo Ellen Blackmon of Montevallo; maternal great-grandmother, Edith Kirby of Alabaster; paternal great-grandparents, Shirley and Elliott Robins of Montevallo; paternal great-grandmother, Mary M. Blackmon of Clanton; Uncle, Ben Hafer (Allison) of Jemison; uncle, Steven  Blackmon (Rachael Simone) of Nashville, Tenn.; cousin, Easton Hafer of Jemison; and aunt, Renee Hafer of Jemison.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 10, 2012 at 2 p.m. from Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Jemison, with Rev. Bob Brown and Rev. Scott Bush officiating.
