The Pelham High School girls’ basketball team ended its season with a 62-19 loss to Hoover in an Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 6A, Area 10 contest Feb. 9.

Kristan Cordrey led the Panthers (16-11) with five points.

Emily Jackson, Sydney Days and Ashley Kate Kepler added three points each.

Kaitlin Bunch and Ashleigh Taylor chipped in two points each. Erin Whitman finished with one point.
