The Spain Park High School boys’ soccer team defeated Oak Mountain 2-0 in a Lakeshore Shootout semifinal match Feb. 18.

Jake Hoffman and Jacob Taggart led the Jaguars (5-0-1) with one goal each in the semifinal match.

Spain Park goalkeeper Spencer Jack registered seven saves in the shutout.

Spain Park fell to Vestavia Hills 1-0 in the Lakeshore Shootout championship game Feb. 18.
