The Pelham High School boys’ tennis team fell to Vestavia Hills 9-0 in high school tennis action Feb. 21.
Asher Smiley of Pelham fell to Jeffrey Holcombe 8-0 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Peyton Davis of Pelham fell to Leo Richard of Vestavia Hills 8-0 in the No. 2 singles’ match.
Jacob Dolinger of Pelham fell to Caleb Cantrell of Vestavia Hills 8-0 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Anthony DeLeonard of Pelham fell to Jack Patton of Vestavia Hills 8-0 in the No. 4 singles’ match.
Joseph Alderetti of Pelham fell to Paul Taylor of Vestavia Hills 8-1 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Trent Hopton-Jones of Pelham fell to Jack Rayburn of Vestavia Hills 8-4 in the No. 6 singles’ match.
Smiley and Davis fell to Holcombe and John Morson of Vestavia Hills 8-4 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Dolinger and Alderetti fell to Cantrell and Richard of Vestavia Hills 8-4 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.
DeLeonard and Hopton-Jones fell to Taylor and Jake Bivin of Vestavia Hills 8-3 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
