The Pregnancy Resource Center in Pelham, a non-profit, faith-based organization, is holding the Sav-A-Life Shelby’s First LifeSaver Walk and 5k on March 10 at Heardmont Park. The Trak Shak is going to be charting and timing the 5k, and pre-registered runners get a dry-fit T-shirt. Sanctuary Christian Books and Gifts is a co-presenting sponsor. For every participant who raises $300, they will receive $15 Walk Bucks – redeemable at Sanctuary. Runners or walkers should pre-register at Lifesaver2012.com.
