The Spain Park High School boys’ tennis team fell to Mountain Brook 9-0 in high school tennis action Feb. 29.

Brit Sovic of Spain Park fell to Trey Carter of Mountain Brook 10-0 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Whalen Merrill of Spain Park fell to Eric Buchalter of Mountain Brook 10-0 in the No. 2 singles’ match.

Baylor Cocke of Spain Park fell to Jacob Weinaker of Mountain Brook 10-5 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Connor Rains of Spain Park fell to Will Hargrove of Mountain Brook 11-9 in the No. 4 singles’ match.

Sam Lorino of Spain Park fell to Ben Shearer of Mountain Brook 10-1 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Braxton Kazan of Spain Park fell to Mountain Brook 10-0 in the No. 6 singles’ match.

Sovic and Merrill fell to Buchalter and Carter 10-0 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Cocke and Rains fell to Weinaker and Shearer 11-10 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.

Lorino and Braden Pichel of Spain Park fell to Nelson Jetmundsen and Robby Scofield of Mountain Brook 10-1 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
