March 12

-Theft of services and criminal trespass from the 700 block of Fourth Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was an unknown amount of water.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were girls’ socks valued at $2.47, body cream valued at $5.94, an E Stick valued at 96 cents, baby oil valued at $3.47, NL Classic valued at $2.47, boyleg valued at $19.88 and six other items valued at $15.22.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Runnymede (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were ladies’ large style sunglasses valued at $12 and a Hello Kitty hair clip valued at $1.

March 13

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Churchill Drive (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were a battery valued at $40, a Nikon camera valued at $250, a folding chair valued at $20, a check book, a black thermal shirt valued at $10, an operator manual valued at $20 and a 2-liter Coca Cola valued at $3.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Churchill Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Guess watch valued at $130, Bose headphones valued at $120, a Case knife valued at $75 a Buck knife valued at $50, and stolen and recovered were Native sunglasses valued at $170, Oakley sunglasses valued at $150 and miscellaneous CDs valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 101 block of Churchill Drive (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were a gas can valued at $15, a nylon tool bag and tools valued at $250, a socket set valued at $80 and an owners manual valued at $20.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 200 block of Victoria Station (residence, home).

-Found property from County Road 17 at Sterling Gate Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a red Shimano bike valued at $150.

-Found property from the 200 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Mexican driver’s license and keys.

-Theft of property from 24 Hour Fitness (commercial). Stolen was a 32nd degree Masonic Scottish rite ring valued at $3,000.

-Harassment – obscene gestures from County Road 95 at the 900 block of Fifth Court Northwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was assorted merchandise valued at $176.47.

-Domestic incident from the 1100 block of First Avenue West (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief – damage to private property and theft of property III from the 4900 block of Shelby County 18 (church). Damaged was a white Ford Econoline vane fuel line in the amount of $99. Stolen was gasoline valued at $99.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 31 and Camden Cove Parkway (highway/street).

-Incident from Interstate 65 and mile marker 232 (highway/street). Damaged was a white Nissan Pathfinder valued at $0.

-Driving under the influence and possession of marijuana II from mile marker 227 and Interstate 65 (highway/street). Recovered was green leafy substance presumed to be marijuana valued at $0.

-Burglary III and theft of property I from the 100 block of Ashby Street (residence/home). Stolen were GE stainless steel stove valued at $217, GE stainless steel dishwasher valued at $217, GE stainless steel microwave/hood combination valued at $217, GE stainless steel refrigerator valued at $1,650 and GE washer/dryer valued at $2,048.

-Burglary III and theft of property I from Shelby County 16 (residence/home). Stolen were 16-foot utility trailer valued at $2,500, laddervator life hoist valued at $2,800, Murray 42-inch riding lawn mower valued at $900, 32-foot ladder valued at $140, 40-foot ladder valued at $900 and 12-inch concrete saw valued at $99.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 70 (field/woods) Confiscated was one small bag of marijuana.

-Burglary and theft of property from Highway 70 (residence/home) Stolen was one Sony handicam digital camcorder valued at $350, one Sony home stereo system valued at $400, one in-dash DVD player valued at $200, one Wii game console and controls valued at $150, two Playstations valued at $700, one Toshiba laptop with case valued at $750 and a U.S. Savings Bond valued at $800.

March 20

-Burglary III from the 500 block of Highway 79 (residence/home) Stolen was one 19-inch Phillips TV valued at $150 and several XBOX games.

March 21

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Washington Street (other/unknown) Stolen was one air conditioning unit valued at $1,500.

March 23

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 block of West College Street (parking lot/garage) Confiscated were two needles, one spoon and three small plastic bags.

March 12

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from First Avenue West (residence, home). Stolen were $304.42 to an Alabama Telco Visa check card.

-Domestic violence third degree from the 7800 block of South View Lane (residence, home).

March 13

-Robbery first degree and theft of property first degree from 5129 Highway 17 – Helena Hometown Pharmacy (drug store). Stolen were $683 in U.S. currency, a $40 personal check made out to Helena Hometown Pharmacy, three bottles of Tussionex, four bottles of hydromet, four bottles of hydrocodone and a bottle of Tussionex.

-Identity theft from an unknown location (specialty store).

March 14

-Warrant arrest – Pelham Police Department from Third Street at Second Avenue West (highway, street). Confiscated was a prescription pill bottle containing Hydrocodone tablets valued at $50.

-Domestic incident from the 2600 block of Vixen Street (residence, home).

March 15

-Driving under the influence from County Road 52 East at Mailsouth (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Old Cahaba Place (residence, home). Stolen and recovered was an Apple iPad valued at $700.

-Warrant arrest – failure to appear from the Hueytown Police Department (government, public building).

-Attempt to elude law enforcement and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Roy Drive and Laurel Woods Trail (highway, street). Recovered were several plastic bags containing marijuana residue, two blunts, several lighters and ashes.

March 16

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Native Beach Tan on Highway 17 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Toyota Scion in the amount of $1,000.

March 18

-Damage to property from the 2500 block of Bridlewood Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a headlight in the amount of $150 and a copper water pipe in the amount of $10.

-Robbery from the 2500 block of Highway 52 (convenience store). Stolen were 39 boxes of perfume valued at $780 and $80 in U.S. currency.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (bank).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Stonehaven Road (residence, home).

-Foreign felony arrest – failure to register as a sex offender from County Road 11 (highway, street).

March 13

-Theft of property from the Southgate Estates mobile home park (residence, home). Stolen were a solid gold ring valued at $1,000, a gold ring valued at $75, a gold ring valued at $100, a gold ring valued at $200, a gold engagement ring valued at $75 and a gold women’s wedding band valued at $25.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Chase Drive (residence, home). Destroyed were Ambien valued at $20, Lexapro valued at $1, hydrocodone valued at $10, methenamine Hipp valued at $20, clonazepam valued at $10 and liquid hydrocodone valued at $20.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from 2500 Highway 35 (service, gas station). Confiscated were two clear bags filled with suspected marijuana valued at $50.

-Public intoxication from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Interstate 65 North near the 246 mile marker (highway, street).

-Theft of services from the 9000 block of Helena Road (bar). Stolen was a $124 bar bill.

-Property damage from the 200 block of Normandy Lane (residence, home). Damaged were decorative plant pots in the amount of $500, a decorative fountain in the amount of $300, assorted plants in the amount of $700 and grass in the amount of $200.

March 18

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Weeping Willow Drive (residence, home).

-Lost property from 3314 Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Reported missing was a black wallet, a Mexican consulate ID card and a Wells Fargo Visa debit card.

-Miscellaneous information from room No. 408 at Oak Mountain Lodge (hotel, motel).
