Lions top Indian Springs in tennis match

The Briarwood Christian School boys’ tennis team defeated Indian Springs 7-2 in high school tennis action April 9.

Ben Goodman of Indian Springs defeated Griffin Russell of Briarwood Christian 8-1 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Russell Hancock of Briarwood Christian defeated Jacob Thigpen of Indian Springs 8-4 in the No. 2 singles’ match.

Ethan White of Indian Springs defeated Philip Taylor of Briarwood Christian 8-2 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Daniel Kuyk of Briarwood Christian defeated Jack Dillard of Indian Springs 8-5 in the No. 4 singles’ match.

Lukas Castellanos of Briarwood Christian defeated Mayd Habash of Indian Springs  8-4 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Connor Brewton of Briarwood Christian defeated Michael Lee of Indian Springs 8-1 in the No. 6 singles’ match.

Russell and Hancock defeated Thigpen and Dillard 8-3 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Taylor and Kuyk defeated Goodman and White 8-4 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.

Castellanos and Brewton defeated Habash and Lee 8-2 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
