Lions top Guntersville in soccer match

The Briarwood Christian School girls’ soccer team defeated Guntersville 4-2 in high school soccer action April 24.

Catherine Cowen and Sara Smeltzer led the Lions with two goals each in the victory.

Briarwood Christian goalkeeper Haley Hawkins recorded 11 saves in the match.
