-Damage to property from the 1000 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a drive-through canopy in the amount of $400.

-Damage to property from the Lowe’s parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 200 Jeep Cherokee in the amount of $300.

-Recovered property from Smokey Road (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of King Charles Court (residence, home). Stolen was a Dell laptop computer valued at $1,200.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered was a women’s dress valued at $12.88.

-Damage to property from the Lowe’s parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2011 Dodge Dakota valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade parkway (department store). Stolen was Blue Bell ice cream valued at $3.68.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were medium tape valued at $1.97, an oversized brick rule valued at $17.97, a quarter-inch mini ratchet valued at $24.97, a three-eights-inch drive ratchet valued at $24.97 and a quarter-inch flex ratchet valued at $27.97.

-Found dog from County Road 95 at Hillspun Road (highway, street).

-Abandoned animal from Big Oak Drive (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a 24-pack of Bud Light valued at $11.28.

-Theft of property from Industrial Park Drive (field, woods). Stolen was a Lone Wolf trailer valued at $1,500.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Ashford Lane (residence, home).

-Welfare check from the 100 block of Park Place Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen was a female Maltipoo dog valued at $100.

 

May 15

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Brentwood Lane (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Damaged were sod and landscaping in the amount of $2,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 9700 block of Highway 17 (highway, street). Confiscated were a marijuana cigarette, a plastic cigarette box and a pack of cigarette papers.

-Domestic violence investigation and harassing communications from the 600 block of 12th Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were two Poulan Pro weedeaters valued at $121 each.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of prescription medication from the Food World (highway, street). Confiscated was acetominaphen and hydrocodone, oxycodone and morphine.

-Forgery from the 1000 block of First Street North (residence, home). Stolen was a Regions check valued at $600 and a Regions check valued at $500.

-Theft of property from Regional Paramedical Services at 86 Longview Circle (other, unknown). Stolen was a Verizon iPhone 4 valued at $699.

-Sexual abuse from the 100 block of Yachtsman Drive (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 700 block of Windsor Court (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a camper shell and tailgate in the amount of $800.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 400 block of Hillwood Park South (storage facility). Stolen were a black leather wallet valued at $10, an Alabama driver’s license, a Discover credit card, a Regions debit card, an insurance card and $400 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a Fossil purse valued at $198, a Fossil billfold valued at $138 and miscellaneous clothing valued at $154.57.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Cohill Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was oxycontin valued at $50.

-Driving under the influence from the 700 block of Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Animal complaint from the 200 block of Keystone mobile home park (highway, street).

-Runaway juvenile from the 1000 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Noise complaint from the 300 block of Keystone mobile home park (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Cedar Grove Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were 2.83 grams of marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Eagle Drive at County Road 17 (highway, street). Confiscated was hydrocodone.

-Making unreasonable or excessive noise from the 100 block of Falling Waters Lane (residence, home).

-Property damage from Colonial Drive at West Navajo Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a street pole with a stop sign in the amount of $50.

-Obstructing justice by using a false identification from the 200 block of Timber Ridge Circle (residence, home).

-Found property from the 900 block of First Street South (parking lot, garage). Recovered was $5 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic incident from the 800 block of Independence Drive (residence, home).

-Damage to property from West Navajo at Colonial Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a street pole sign in the amount of $50.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Interstate Shell (convenience store). Recovered were hydrocodone pills.

-Domestic incident from the 500 block of Sugarberry Drive (residence, home). Damaged was the right window of a 2007 BMW 325i in the amount of $200.

-Obstructing justice by using a false ID and theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were multiple clothing items valued at $45.68.

-Theft of property and receiving stolen property second degree from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Stolen and recovered were black Dickie pants valued at $46.68 and assorted clothing valued at $1,147.60.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime and felon in possession of a firearm from Walgreens pharmacy (drug store). Recovered was a prescription note valued at $10, prescription notes valued at $10, a Ruger P95 handgun valued at $400, a CR500 ciprofloxacin hydrochloride valued at $10, phenytonin sodium valued at $10 and cyclobenaprine hydrochloride valued at $10.

-Theft of property I from the 6000 block of Alabama 119 (other/unknown). Stolen was gas-powered food cart in the amount of $10,000.

May 14

-Public intoxication from the entrance to City Park off Bearden Road (highway, street).

-Miscellaneous complaint from the 500 block of Creekview Circle (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from Edmond, Okla. (other, unknown).

-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of Gray Oaks Drive (highway, street). Reported were two manhole covers valued at $300.

-Menacing and driving under the influence of alcohol from Interstate 65 North near I-459 (highway, street). Recovered were a Mossberg pump-action shotgun valued at $400, Remington shotgun shells valued at $5, pill bottles containing trazadone and meloxicam valued at $50 and a blood evidence kit.

-Alabama taxpayer and citizen protection act and outside agency assist – law enforcement from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street).

-Receiving stolen property from Pelham Parkway and Commerce Boulevard (highway, street). Confiscated was an Alabama license plate valued at $20.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was an Apple iPhone 3gs valued at $400.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Pelham Parkway near Metro Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Chrysler Sebring in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and Alabama taxpayer and citizen protection act from the Green Park South mobile home park (residence, home). Confiscated was a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana residue.

-Harassment from 3511 Pelham Parkway (commercial).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from County Road 52 and Interstate 65 (highway, street). Recovered were 35 pills valued at $350.

-Harassment from the 400 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant).

-Domestic violence from the Southgate mobile home park (residence, home). Recovered was a Marlin Model 336W .30-30-caliber rifle valued at $400, a Sig Sauer P225 9-millimeter handgun with two magazines valued at $400, four boxes of 9-millimeter ammunition valued at $15 and a 20-round box of Winchester .30-30 ammunition valued at $15.

-Theft of property from 2500 Panther Circle (construction). Stolen were 80 feet of 7/8” copper tubing valued at $250, 60 feet of 3/4” copper tubing valued at $180, 60 feet of 1/2” copper tubing valued at $100, 40 feet of 3/8” copper tubing valued at $50 and 20 feet of 1-and-1/8” copper tubing valued at $100.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location in New York (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from an unknown location in Pelham (highway, street).

-Assault from Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage).

-Dog bite from the Belle Vista mobile home park (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Huntley Parkway across from the Pelham Towne Center (highway, street). Confiscated was a multi-colored pipe with burned residue valued at $5, a pipe resembling a cigarette with burned residue valued at $5 and a red bottle top with a burned hole in the top and burned residue used as part of a marijuana pipe.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the parking lot of the Value Place (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a bag of suspected marijuana valued at $25.

-Domestic violence from Amphitheater Road (other, unknown).

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Interstate 65 at Highway 119 (highway, street).

 

May 18

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 2852 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a tote bag valued at $30 and a Legacy Federal Credit Union checkbook.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the parking lot of Margarita Grill (restaurant). Stolen was an iPhone valued at $400 and damaged was a driver’s side door and window in the amount of $700.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the north trailhead parking lot off John Findley Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Coure Pinelli leather purse valued at $400, $228 in U.S. currency, a personal check, a Visa debit card, an Alabama driver’s license, Wells Fargo checks and an iPod Nano valued at $120.

-Theft of property from the 10 block of Oak Ridge Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Stihl brand leaf blower valued at $350.

-Unexplained lost property from the 1900 block of County Road 68 (residence, home). Stolen were 84 alprazolam pills valued at $40 and $25 in U.S. currency.
