George William Hedgepath of Montevallo passed away on Monday, May 28, 2012 at the age of 77. He was a veteran, serving his country in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by a son, David Hedgepath; daughter, Sonia Hedgepath Patterson; and parents, Seab and Ethel Hedgepath.

George is survived by his wife of 57 years, Barbara Hedgepath of Montevallo; daughters, Pamela Ann Hedgepath of Montevallo and Sheena Hedgepath of Billingsley; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral services will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 1 p.m. in Rockco Funeral Home Chapel with visitation one hour prior to his service. Burial will then follow in the Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera. His services will be officiated by Bro. Bill Trawick. Rockco Funeral Home of Montevallo directing. RockcoFuneralHomes.com.
