Stolen were a Dell E5400 Latitude laptop computer valued at $1,200, a nylon computer bag valued at $40, a Samsung cell phone valued at $199.99, a Verizon Wireless Wifi hotspot valued at $70, a book bag containing clothes, $80 in U.S. currency and miscellaneous computer cables valued at $30.

-Theft of property from Church’s BP (service, gas station). Stolen was a black iPhone 3GS valued at $250 and a black Otterbox case valued at $50.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant).

-Theft of property from Belk at 300 Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Stolen was $157.78 worth of clothing.

-Harassment from the intersection of Winterhaven Drive and Blue Springs Place (highway, street).

-Damage to property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2010 Honda Accord in the amount of $300.

-Criminal mischief from the Buck Creek Trail pavilion (government, public building). Damaged were three metal picnic tables in the amount of $250.

-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of Sixth Avenue Southwest (government, public building). Damaged were three paper towel and toilet paper dispensers in the amount of $150.

-Theft of property from Warwick Lane (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Third Place Southeast (residence, home). Damaged was a cable pole retainer in the amount of $25.

-Theft of property from the 20 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen were a black wallet valued at $35, two Wood Forest debit cards, $227 in U.S. currency, a Social Security card and a driver’s license.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Sundance (residence, home). Damaged was a double-pane window in the amount of $750.

-Possession of a forged instrument from the 30 block of Kent Stone Way (bank). Stolen was a Publix employee credit union check.

-Indecent exposure from the 400 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Wixford Way (residence, home). Stolen were an armoire Kincaid valued at $8,000, a Kincaid burro dresser valued at $6,000, an antique dresser chest – solid wood, a chimnia cast iron valued at $150 and multiple furniture items including a front-load washer and dryer valued at $50,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Highway 31 at Fulton Springs Road (highway, street). Confiscated were 4.2 grams of marijuana valued at $10 and two marijuana smoking devices valued at $15.

-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Sixth Avenue Southwest (government, public building). Damaged was a mirror in the amount of $200 and a toilet paper holder in the amount of $40.

-Damage to property from the 200 block of Wildflower Trail (residence, home). Damaged was the rear passenger side bumper of a 2006 Honda Accord in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property from Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen was a cream and light orange-colored female kitten valued at $105.

-Carrying a concealed weapon from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Damage to property from 9200 Highway 119 No. 1400 (other, unknown). Damaged was the front passenger side quarter panel of a 2002 Jaguar S-Type in the amount of $500.

-Domestic violence – harassment and violation of protection order from the 20 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Recovered was a picture with text.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 3314 Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Confiscated were two glass pipes valued at $15 and a plastic bag of suspected marijuana valued at $25.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Pintail Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a gold wedding band valued at $1,000, two sapphire pendants valued at $700 and a pair of pearl earrings valued at $200.

-Theft of property from Publix at 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was a bag of frozen fish valued at $10 and Foster Grants sunglasses valued at $25.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 52 at McCain Parkway (highway, street). Recovered were a red metal pipe containing burned residue believed to be marijuana valued at $5, a gold colored metal pipe containing burnt residue valued at $5, a dark colored glass pipe containing burnt residue valued at $5, two packages of Rain of Fire synthetic marijuana valued at $10 and an empty pack of Reggie’s Blend synthetic marijuana valued at $5.

-Theft of property from a business on Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was $70 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 36 (highway, street). Confiscated were 21.4 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $400, $1,019 in U.S. currency, a portable scale valued at $25 and plastic bags valued at $5.

-Theft of property and illegal possession or fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway. Stolen were miscellaneous tools and equipment valued at $3,110 and reported was a Whitney Bank company credit card.

-Criminal mischief from 365 Huntley Parkway (restaurant). Damaged was a Uniden cordless phone valued at $50.

-Burglary from 1369 McCain Parkway (specialty store). Damaged was a glass door in the amount of $1,700 and stolen were two TS400 Stihl cutoff saws valued at $2,100, four Norten diamond blades valued at $335 and two Diamond products Delux-cut high-speed 14-inch blade valued at $60.

-Burglary from 3311 Pelham Parkway (specialty store).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Interstate 65 southbound near the 241 mile marker (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at Crosscreek Trail (highway, street). Recovered were two clear plastic baggies of suspected marijuana valued at $20.

-Violation of municipal ordinance and outside agency assist – law enforcement from the Walmart parking lot at 2181 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Burglary from the 100 block of Braxton Way (residence, home). Stolen was a Vizio flat TV valued at $900, a Visio DVD player valued at $100, a Cherry jewelry box with assorted jewelry valued at $500, an unknown type of camcorder valued at $200, a Shark pro-steamer iron valued at $45, a Purple Heart medal and damaged was an interior patio door in the amount of $200.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 2000 Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Confiscated were buprenorphine pills valued at $50 and a Walther Model PP valued at $1.

-Dangerous building from 303 Green Park South (other, unknown).

-Obstructing justice by using a false identity from the Pelham Chevron at 1400 County Road 52 (convenience store).

-Miscellaneous information – property damage from 580-A Cahaba Valley Parkway (restaurant). Damaged was a drive-thru awning in the amount of $500.

-Property damage – vehicle from the Marc-1 Car Wash at 3439 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the hood of a 2010 Dodge Caliber in the amount of $250.

Damaged were the front storage hatch compartment of a travel trailer in the amount of $100, the storage latch holder of a travel trailer in the amount of $25, the water access hatch cover of a travel trailer in the amount of $25 and the right side brake light plastic lens of a travel trailer in the amount of $50.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of County Road 33 (field, woods). Damaged were three travel trailer storage hatch locks in the amount of $75, a travel trailer vent cover in the amount of $25 and a travel trailer door in the amount of $100.
