Kim Lamonica Yancy, age 38, of Montevallo, passed away Friday, June 15, 2012. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, C. Scott Yancy.

Kimberly is survived by her mother, Becky Lamonica of Montevallo; father, Sam Lamonica (Georgia) of Chicago; children, Lauren and Tristian Yancy; sister, Kathy Yancy (Chad); grandmother, Edna Brasher; beloved nephew, B. Scott Yancy; nieces, Anna Yancy and Beth Barashes; beloved friend, Mike Holladay; stepbrother, Tony Adampoulos of Missouri; and a host of loving aunts, uncles and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel Montevallo with Rev.
