Dear Editor,

I heard some disturbing news on the radio the other day.

A kindergarten class had always sung the song “Proud To Be an American.” The kindergarten class (I don’t remember which school the class was from) was told they would not be allowed to sing the song again.

I thought, “This doesn’t sound right.”

The last time I checked, this is America and we are Americans. America has gotten so far away from God.

It scares me to think what the future holds for my children and grandchildren.

I pray for revival in America. I challenge other Christians to pray for revival in America.

I am a Christian by the grace of God and American by birth.
