Fannie Mae Boothe, age 87, of Montevallo, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 in Alabaster.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry Boothe; son, Marvin Booth; sister, Jeanette Goggins; and brother, Raymond Nelson.

Mrs. Boothe is survived by her son, Melvin Booth Sr., sisters, Dorothy Forrest, Margaret Lunsford and Martha Hyde (Lewis); grandchildren, Barbara, Melvin Jr., Wanda and Margie; great-grandchildren, David, Brianna, Jesse, Blythe and Chelsea; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held Monday, July 16, 2012 at Ryans Cemetery at 10 a.m. with Bro. Bobby Coston officiating.

Rockco Funeral Montevallo directed.
