Jami Noe State Farm has relocated to Calera Marketplace/Publix Shopping Center at the corner of U.S. 31 and Alabama 70. Established in September 2008, the agency was formerly located at the Hampton Center.

“We are a growing agency and want to move in the direction the city is headed in regards to new developments and growth,” Noe said. “Although we’re a young agency, I’ve been in the insurance industry for 10 years. I worked in a customer service capacity for Mississippi Farm Bureau and as a producer for Nationwide prior to becoming a State Farm agent.”

The agency is based on serving families and developing lasting relationships. As a new market agent, Noe started from scratch and depends heavily on referrals from existing clients for growth. This means clients receive exceptional service in order to retain long-term, satisfied customers. Clients are treated like family. The office is a comfortable environment, offering coffee and pastries in the waiting area.

“We try to offer a personal touch and a caring relationship, educating the client and offering products based on their specific needs, not a generic ‘15 minute experience,’” Noe said. “We give new clients a small welcome gift when establishing a new account.” Two licensed staff members, Daphne Young and Ashley Mims, are knowledgeable on all State Farm products and can help clients with auto, home, and life insurance, bank products and financial services. Noe said several factors determine rates: claims history, driving record, credit, type/age of vehicle/home, coverage selected, location and length of time with previous carrier. Rate factors people can control are credit score and driving record. As a modern agency, technology is utilized to offer a variety of methods of communication. The agency can service or set up accounts via text, and email. Online purchasing and online bill payment and account services are available as well. A 24/7 call center is available to clients after normal business hours.

Noe’s community involvement includes sponsoring sports teams and membership in the Calera Kiwanis and Calera Chamber of Commerce.

Contact the agency at 668-7677, on the web, Jaminoe.com, or Facebook. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
