-Criminal mischief from 2725 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1991 Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $5,000.

 

Aug. 25

-Public intoxication and disorderly conduct from the Oak Mountain Amphitheater (other, unknown).

-Unexplained lost property from the 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Reported was a tri-fold Cherokee leather wallet valued at $15, a BB&T credit card, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a Social Security card, $40 in U.S. currency and a set of keys valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were methadone valued at $25, suboxone valued at $10, suboxone valued at $10, a syringe, a small plastic bag containing an unknown white residue and multicolored glass pipes used for smoking marijuana valued at $20.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 200 section of the Oak Mountain Amphitheater (other, unknown). Confiscated were a round yellow tablet valued at $5, a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana valued at $20 and a purple and gold pipe with burnt residue used to consume marijuana valued at $5.

-Theft of property and terroristic threats from the 600 block of Cahaba Valley Road (residence, home). Stolen were Bombay Sapphire gin valued at $30, a bottle of Jack Daniel’s single barrel whiskey valued at $40 and a brown leather wallet containing an Alabama driver’s license and miscellaneous cards and paper valued at $15.

-Miscellaneous information and property damage – vehicle from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel). Damaged was a 2005 Chevrolet Express van in the amount of $500.

-Property damage – motor vehicle from Interstate 65 northbound at the 243 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Toyota Camry.

Confiscated were a prescription pill bottle containing a green leafy substance suspected to be marijuana valued at $20 and a blue glass pipe used for smoking marijuana valued at $20.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 south just before the 242 exit (highway, street). Damaged was a 2004 Mini Cooper in the amount of $1,500.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Teal Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a brick column mailbox in the amount of $800.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Old Montgomery Highway (other, unknown). Stolen were silver colored pieces of vehicle trim valued at $600.

-Suicide attempt from Village Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Recovered was 1 gram of marijuana valued at $25.
