The Kingwood Christian volleyball team rallied from a first set loss to defeat Southern Academy in four sets, 17-25, 25-9, 25-23, 25-19 on Sept. 18.

Madelyn Pearce led Kingwood (17-3-1) with 12 kills and four aces. Casey Whitmer finished with 10 kills and a block. Blair Holsombeck totaled 30 assists in the win.

Kingwood will return to action on Monday, Sept. 24 at Morgan Academy.
