-Criminal mischief from the 9000 block of Highway 119 (specialty store). Damaged was a metal front door in the amount of $336.

-Damage to property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Damaged was a double-wide mobile home.

-Burglary from the 1400 block of West Navajo Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Sentry brand fire safe valued at $120, $30 in U.S. currency, a Regions credit card, an Element 32-inch TV valued at $299, a Hewlett Packard computer valued at $399, Wii game system valued at $199 and a Roto brand zip saw valued at $35.

 

Sept. 5

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Fourth Place Southeast (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Fourth Place Southeast (residence, home). Confiscated was a 6.5 millimeter socket with marijuana residue valued at $1.

-Carrying a pistol without a permit from the area of Coosa Outfitters (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a Glock model 27 .40-caliber pistol valued at $400.

-Assault from the 300 block of Seventh Avenue Northwest (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Seventh Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Damaged was a window pane in the amount of $50.

-Theft of property from the Walmart at 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 200 block of Stoney Trail (residence, home). Stolen were men’s watches valued at $300, a men’s watch valued at $300, a white gold women’s ring valued at $3,000, an Apple iPad valued at $500, a Sony PS3 game system valued at $300, $2,700 in U.S. currency and a glass jar with $80 in U.S. currency.

Sept. 6

-Information only from the 1200 block of Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a car stereo.

-Dog in kennel from Simmsville Road (other, unknown).

-Information only from the 300 block of Buck Creek Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Damaged was pure vanilla extract in the amount of $15.53.

-Information only from Scottsdale Drive (residence, home). Recovered were two Allied Waste containers containing various pills and a plastic bag containing various pills.

-Harassment from the Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from 235 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were two cable cutters valued at $47.94.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Willow Creek Circle (residence, home).

-Minor in consumption from Stadium Drive (school, college). Confiscated was a counterfeit Mississippi driver’s license valued at $75.

-Breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive (residence, home). Stolen were an HP laptop computer valued at $500 and a laptop case valued at $25.

 

Sept. 7

-Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance from the 10000 block of County Road 17 (residence, home).

-Death investigation from the 1300 block of Yellow Leaf Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of services from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen was water.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the Thrift Store (specialty store).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Airpark Industrial Drive (commercial). Stolen was stainless steel metal valued at $3,000.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Confiscated was a metal cylinder with drug residue and 1.94 grams of methamphetamine.

-Dog in car – information only from the South Promenade (parking lot, garage).

-Information only from the 100 block of Windsor Court (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – assault from the 100 block of Hilltop Road (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a plastic straw with white powder residue.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia from address unlisted (residence, home). Confiscated were a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana and 2 grams of marijuana.

 

Sept. 8

-Minor in consumption and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 400 block of Sweetleaf Lane (residence, home).

-Damage to property from Falling Waters Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a left side tail light in the amount of $300.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Red Oak Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a wooden basket valued at $10 and two house and auto keys valued at $50.

-Suicide attempt from Cambridge Lane (residence, home).

-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of Lane Park Drive (residence, home).

-Violation of leash law from the 200 block of Fran Drive (residence, home).

-Found property from 500 Warrior Drive (other, unknown). Recovered were a brown wallet, a driver’s license, a Social Security card, a Visa debit card, a Walmart and Sam’s Club Mastercard, a Belk rewards card and a Kay Jewelers account card.

-Violation of leash law from the 200 block of Fran Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were jeans valued at $19.99, a rel sep valued at $10, casual dresses valued at $14 and three tops valued at $11.

 

Sept. 9

-Obstruction of justice by using a false identity from 11th Avenue Southeast at 12th Avenue southeast (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from County Road 17 (highway, street). Confiscated was amphetamine and dextroamphetamine pills.

-Damage to property from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home). Damaged were miscellaneous clothes valued at $150 and a Louis Vuitton purse valued at $300.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 800 block of Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Forged was a $100 bill.

-Nuisance (barking dog) from the 600 block of Hidden Brook Trail (residence, home).

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 400 block of Sweet Leaf Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a 2003 Nissan Altima valued at $8,000.

-Burglary third degree – residence -force and theft of property second degree from Second Avenue (residence, home). Stolen were a Sony 55-inch television valued at $500 and an RCA DVD player valued at $45.

-Burglary third -degree and theft of property second degree from creek Run Way (residence, home). Stolen were two DSIs valued at $800, DSI games valued at $300, sunglasses valued at $40, gold bracelets valued at $150 and miscellaneous food items valued at $10.

-Theft of lost property – second degree from 6380 Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Citi Mastercard, a Chase Visa card, an American Express card, a Slate Visa card, a Walmart Visa card, a Lowe’s credit card and a Home Depot card.

Recovered were green, leafy substance valued at $250, four clear, plastic baggies containing green, leafy substance valued at $60, Verizon Samsung cell phone valued at $50, Fuzion FX-500 digital scale valued at $20 and box of Best Buy sandwich bags valued at $3.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the M&F Bank at 3513 Pelham Parkway (bank). Reported was a forged check made out to $3,244.11 and forged was an M&F Bank check made out to more than $2,000.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Green Park South (residence, home). Stolen was a Panasonic 50-inch TV valued at $800.

-Theft of property from 2610 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was $40 in U.S. currency and a Master Combination lock valued at $7.

-Theft of lost property from Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Stolen was an iPhone 3GS valued at $200.
