The Evangel Christian volleyball team improved to 7-0 in conference play with a 25-21, 25-21, 25-18 victory at Evangel Family Christian Sept. 24.

The Lightning (19-5) were led by Elizabeth Ragland’s team-high seven kills and 10 aces along with 10 digs. Caroline Joiner and Keirson McGriff each added five kills with McGriff finishing with 13 assists.

Erin Morris led the Evangel defense with 14 digs.

Evangel Christian will return to action on Thursday, Sept. 27 when they host The Rock.
