-Breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Grove Hill Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Dell Latitude laptop computer valued at $1,000 and a blue mag flashlight valued at $20.

-Assault from Alabaster (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Windsor Court (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Uniroyal brand tire in the amount of $200.

-Harassing communications from the AmStar Theater (specialty store).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home).

-Violation of protection from abuse order from the 200 block of Brentwood Drive (residence, home).

Sept. 19

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Ironwood Circle (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the Walmart parking lot (department store). Damaged were a left side rear bumper in the amount of $300 and a left taillight in the amount of $300.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of First Avenue West (commercial). Damaged was an Alabaster Express Tire sign in the amount of $500.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 2000 block of Tahiti Terrace (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the ballpark at First Street Southwest (highway, street). Damaged was the front bumper of a 2003 Ford Explorer.

-Damage to property from Stoney Trail near Rockview Trail (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 Nissan Altima in the amount of $4,000.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Round Road (residence, home). Damaged were a mailbox in the amount of $25 and a light pole in the amount of $125.

-Abandoned vehicle from the 100 block of Second Avenue Northeast (residence, home). Recovered was a Kia Optima.

Sept. 20

-Information only from the 100 block of Sunflower Place (residence, home).

-Possession of marijuana-info only and possession of drug paraphernalia-info only from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (school, college).

-Damage to property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Damaged was a 2010 Ford Escape XLT and a cart manager XD gatekeeper system.

-Runaway juvenile from Thompson High School (school, college).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Stolen were a 52-inch Toshiba TV valued at $2,000, a 19-inch Sony TV valued at $299 and a Sony DVD player valued at $59.

-Damage to property from Industrial Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Dodge Charge3r in the amount of $1,000.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Stony Trail (residence, home). Damaged was the east side living room window in the amount of $100.

Sept. 21

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence-harassment from the 300 block of Willow Glen Drive (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from address unlisted (highway, street).

-Information only from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive (residence, home).

-Information only from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).

-Shelby County Sheriff’s Office warrant-receiving stolen property second-degree from the 400 block of Rockview Circle (residence, home).

-Disorderly conduct from the 200 block of First Street North (government, public building).

-Criminal mischeif from 10th Street Southwest (highway, street). Damaged was a Marty Handlon for Mayor campaign sign valued at $100.

-Violation of leash law from the 1400 block of Colonial Way (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Old Highway 31 at 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana valued at $10.

Sept. 22

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Confiscated were 0.4 grams of cocaine, 2.3 grams of marijuana, black plastic straws with cocaine residue and brass knuckles.

-Abandoned vehicle from 300 First Street Southwest (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2002 Jeep Liberty.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were two plastic bags containing marijuana.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence third degree – harassment from Municipal Park (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence third degree – harassment from the 30 block of Dilcey Daniel Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 300 block of Dale Drive (residence, home).

-Pistol without a permit from Primrose Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was a Raven Arms .25-caliber pistol valued at $50.

-Information only – domestic incident from the 1100 block of Seventh Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the South Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were miscellaneous clothing items, an assortment of shoes and an assortment of jewelry valued at $1,150.31.

-Information only from the 1200 block of Amberly Woods Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from Bare Tree Drive (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from Municipal Park (other unknown). Damaged was graffiti on children’s slides and toys in the amount of $300.

Sept. 23

-Information only from the 10000 block of Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were a Murray riding lawnmower valued at $500, a .22-caliber bolt-action rifle valued at $50 and 10 pounds of copper wiring valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Stolen were an Amazon Kindle valued at $110, a pair of pearl earrings valued at $50 and a three-piece wedding ring set valued at $1,500.

-Duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle from the 100 block of Supercenter Drive (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a silver Chrysler Town and Country in the amount of $475.

-Rape I and kidnapping I from the 100 block of Kensington Manor Drive (other/unknown).

-Driving under the influence – any substance from Interstate 65 (highway/street).

Stolen were Infocus 1100 projector valued at $699, Samsung 13-inch laptop valued at $799, Seagate external hard drive valued at $500, Iogear USB valued at $10, Iogear wireless display valued at $140, iPad III Netbook valued at $899 and Monster Clarity HD black external valued at $99.
