-Possession of a forged instrument and theft of property from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Stolen was $1,287.26 in U.S. currency.

-Found property from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a key ring containing five keys valued at $20.

-Criminal mischief from the 300 block of Martis Lane (residence, home). Damaged were two bathrooms in the amount of $4,000.

-Criminal mischief and reckless endangerment from Interstate 65 South near Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield in the amount of $250.

-Unlawfully breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from address unlisted (other, unknown). Stolen were a Springfield XD pistol valued at $500 and a paddle holster valued at $100.

-Information only from Kent Dairy Road near Lake Forest Way (highway, street). Recovered were a black wallet, an Alabama driver’s license, four credit cards, a $200 personal check and $7 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 700 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a Gerber baby food jar containing .65 grams of marijuana and a rubber pipe.

Stolen were a 42-inch flatscreen TV valued at $400, an Element DVD player valued at $20, a 32-inch flatscreen TV valued at $200, an Xbox 360 with Kinect valued at $400, 20 Xbox 360 games valued at $200, a Visio soundbar valued at $160 and damaged was wood trim in the amount of $20.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana II from Island Street (highway/street). Recovered were green leafy substance in clear bag valued at $15, silver and glass water pipe valued at $10 and blue BIC pen with 5mm socket containing residue valued at $1.

Confiscated were alprazolam valued at $15, zalepon valued at $10, a plastic bottle containing suspected marijuana valued at $10, a plastic bottle containing a metal socket valued at $5 and digital scales valued at $12.

-Theft of lost property from the North Shelby Library (government, public building). Stolen was a white gold ring valued at $2,850.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 400 block of Oxford Way (residence, home). Stolen were a Garmin GPS valued at $120 and $1,200 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered were approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana valued at $40, a round white pill valued at $5 and suspected hydrocodone pills valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 105 Pardue Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a semi-automatic Hi-Point CF380 handgun valued at $150.

-Assault and criminal mischief from Trail Ridge Drive at Indian Hills Road (highway, street). Damaged were a windshield in the amount of $400, a radio in the amount of $50 and a rear view mirror in the amount of $20.

 

Sept. 29

-Property damage from Interstate 65 southbound near the 242 exit (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Audi A6 in the amount of $1,500.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 northbound near the 242 exit (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Ford Escape in the amount of $1,450.

-Robbery and use of pepper spray from 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were five boxes of Prevacaid 24-hour caplets valued at $150, four boxes of Prilosec capsules valued at $100, four boxes of Zegrid capsules valued at $92, two bottles of Rogaine for men valued at $78 and a Cuban grab and go sandwich valued at $3.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 2500 block of Chandalar Lane (residence, home). Stolen were four UAB college conference rings valued at $800.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 60 Driver’s Way (restaurant). Stolen were a laptop computer valued at $800, USB phone charging cables valued at $60, a purse with assorted contents valued at $20, a Compass check book, $20 in U.S. currency and damaged was a passenger side front door in the amount of $600.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 101 Cahaba Valley Parkway East (restaurant). Damaged was a 2004 Chevrolet Venture and stolen were a laptop valued at $700, a radar detector valued at $100, a Verizon USB Wi-Fi 4G device valued at $100, a computer mouse valued at $25 and miscellaneous VA paperwork.
