Stolen were a 1985 red Suzuki four wheeler valued at $800, a black Frigidaire refrigerator valued at $500, a black Frigidaire stove valued at $400, two window air conditioner units (tan 220 and white 110) valued at $300, a rotisserie oven valued at $50, a silver microwave valued at $100 and a white washer and dryer valued at $500.

-Burglary III from Indian Crest Drive, Indian Springs (residence/home). Stolen was an orange and white Husqvarna weedeater four-cycle straight shaft valued at $225.

-Driving under the influence from the Taco Bell, 4621 U.S. 280, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Criminal trespass II from Shaw Lane, Wilsonville (other/unknown).

-Property damage from the 100 block of White Circle, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $3,800 were done to a 1996 Ford Explorer, SUV, burned completely.

-Theft of property III from Wal-Mart in Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were typewriter ink valued at $19.97 and a fishing line valued at $19.96.

-Theft of property II from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 (specialty store). Stolen was a Paul Reed Smith Moyers model silver sparkle electric guitar valued at $713.99.

-Sex offender registration notification act – identification requirements from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana (govt/public building).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 and Inverness Center Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Forgery II and theft of property III from the 600 block of Brothers Avenue, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a brown leather check book holder valued at $10.

-Death investigation from the 2700 block of Highway 49, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Pistol possession forbidden (convicted person) and pistol without a permit and unlawful possession of marijuana II from the Publix parking lot, Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Recovered was a HI-point black and gray handgun 380 ACP valued at $100, a magazine with 380 bullets inside valued at $10, a plastic bag containing one ounce of a leafy vegetable matter believed to be marijuana of unknown value, a black ski mask valued at $1 and a pair of soiled cloth gloves valued at $1.

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Beacon Drive, Vandiver (residence/home). Stolen was a Remington Woodmaster valued at $300, a Savage .243 synthetic stock valued at $400 and a Remington 1100 12 gauge valued at $500.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2400 block of Highway 61, Columbiana (highway/street).
