Frances Alexander, age 93, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Dec. 9, 2012.

She was a kind, loving Christian woman who will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was a member of Wilton Bible Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, George Alexander; her parents; and all five of her siblings.

She is survived by daughters, Barbara Williams and Carol Underwood (George); son, James “Bud” Alexander (Bonnie); 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Dec. 12 with visitation for friends from 9:30-11 a.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel Montevallo. Brother Tom Hammett officiating. Burial will follow at Montevallo City Cemetery.
