Evangel holds off The Rock

The Evangel Christian Lighting held The Rock scoreless in the last three minutes to claim a 49-39 victory Dec. 14.

Evangel (4-2) was led by Grayson Melick with 17 points and eight rebounds. Judson Motes finished with 16 points and Josh Letson added 14 points for Evangel.
