The Calera Lady Eagles jumped out to an early lead and never looked back for a 42-13 victory over Jemison Jan. 4.

Calera took a 12-0 lead after the first quarter of play and a 25-2 lead at the half on their way to the 42-13 win.

Tyesha Haynes led the Lady Eagles 13 points with Tia McCarter adding 11 points.

Calera improved to 2-0 in area play.
