-Fraudulent use of a credit card and identity theft from the 1400 block of Heather Lane (government, public building). Stolen were two unauthorized charges totaling $171.48.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 1200 block of Amberly Woods Drive (residence, home). Stolen was $681 from a Regions debit card.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Ashford Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a string valued at 25 cents and stakes.

-Theft of property from Belk’s at 500 Colonial Promenade (commercial). Stolen were perfume valued at $65, perfume valued at $21 and Polo valued at $9.49.

-Information from the 800 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home).

-Identity theft and theft of property from Eloy, Ariz. and Sullivan, Mo. (other, unknown). Forged were two transactions totaling $900.98.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol and domestic incident from the 1000 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home).

 

Dec. 22

-Theft of property from Sweet Leaf Drive and Red Bay Drive (highway, street). Stolen was a stop sign valued at $499.

-Harassment from the cul de sac of Cape Cod Circle (highway, street).

-Domestic dispute from Bunting Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Cambridge Lane (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Grove Hill Drive (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 1000 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2003 Ford Explorer in the amount of $150.

-Theft of property from the Woodbrook Shell station (commercial). Stolen were a zippered blue wallet valued at $35, a Compass debit card, a Belk credit card, a Citi credit card, a Walmart Discover card, a driver’s license and an insurance card.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassing communications from the 1300 block of King Charles Court (residence, home).

-Damage to property from Fulton Springs Road at Fulton Springs Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a front bumper in the amount of $1,000.

-Domestic dispute from the 700 block of First Street South (service, gas station).

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Air Park Industrial Drive (commercial).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 2600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Forged were $20 bills, $10 bills and $5 bills.

 

Dec. 24

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 300 block of 13th Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from Missouri (other, unknown). Stolen were a Regions Bank Visa card and $1,014.60 in cash.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the Publix supermarket (supermarket). Recovered were a prescription paper, alprazolam and oxycodone.

-Theft of lost property from Highway 31 at County Road 26 (convenience store). Stolen was an iPhone 4S valued at $600.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Grande View Circle (residence, home). Stolen were an Apple computer monitor valued at $1,000, diamond necklaces valued at $648, a Mig Master welder valued at $2,400, collectable $1 bills, check books, various clothing valued at $700 and perfume valued at $190.

-Information only from the 100 block of Forest Hills Road (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Kentwood Trail (residence, home). Damaged was a door in the amount of $250.

-Violation of leash law from the 100 block of Market Center Drive (drug store).

-Information only from an unknown location (bank).

-Damage to property from the 3500 block of Highway 31 South (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chevrolet S-10 in the amount of $500.

-Domestic incident from the 700 block of Fourth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Domestic violence – menacing and carrying a concealed weapon from the 100 block of Brent Way (residence, home). Confiscated was a Hi-Point pistol valued at $150.

 

Dec. 25

-Theft of property from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (government, public building). Stolen was an iPhone 5 valued at $500 and an Otter Box valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief and criminal trespass from the 200 block of Queens Gate (residence, home). Damaged was a front door in the amount of $400.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – assault from Highway 17 and Highway 119 at Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Damage to property from 10th Street Southwest (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford Focus in the amount of $3,000.

 

Dec. 26

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Heather Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a pistol valued at $129 and a rifle valued at $500.

-Found property from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a wallet valued at $26, a key, a driver’s license, multiple gift cards and multiple debit cards.

-Run away child from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).

-Counterfeit bill from the 800 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Recovered was a counterfeit $10 bill.

-Domestic incident from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Found property from the Belk parking lot (parking lot, garage). Recovered was an Alabama EBT debit card.

-Criminal mischief from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a plexiglass window in the amount of $150.

-Theft of lost property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a Vera Bradley billfold valued at $45, $300 in U.S. currency, an Alabama Power Company Visa debit card, a Macy’s card and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25.

-Criminal mischief from the 800 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged were Jeep windows in the amount of $400.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence third degree – harassment from the 100 block of Dogwood Trail (residence, home).

-Damage to property from Highway 31 at Sixth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Kia Sportage in the amount of $1,000.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Damaged was a 2012 Chrysler 200.

-Theft of property from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (other, unknown). Stolen were a black iPhone 5 valued at $250 and a glitter case valued at $30.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Lake Forest Parkway (residence, home).

-Criminal trespass and criminal mischief from the pump station between Norwick Forest and Sterling Gate (other, unknown). Damaged were three strands of barbed wire in the amount of $50.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from Lake Forest Park (other, unknown). Recovered were marijuana, a marijuana smoking pipe and a marijuana grinder.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were gift cards valued at $100.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from 220 South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were a Visa debit card, a transaction in the amount of $2.79, a transaction in the amount of $3.50, a transaction in the amount of $7.51 and a transaction in the amount of $17.68.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen was a printer valued at $299.99.

-Tampering with mail and theft of property from 147 Airpark Industrial Drive (other, unknown). Stolen was a check in the amount of $340 and a check in the amount of $154.

-Damage to property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (service, gas station). Damaged was a 2005 Nissan Altima in the amount of $700.

-Possession of a forged instrument from the 200 block of First Street North (government, public building). Confiscated were counterfeit $20 bills.

-Lost property from an unknown location (highway, street). Lost was a rifle valued at $450.

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Willow Creek South Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a storage building and a wood picket fence.

-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Goldwire Lane (residence, home).

-Lost property from an unknown location (other, unknown). Lost was an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25, a wallet valued at $5, credit cards, a Medicaid card, dental and insurance cards and $80 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a wallet valued at $30, a Regions credit card, a set of car keys, a driver’s license and $4 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was an RCA DVD player valued at $80, a Bluetooth valued at $25 and an 8GB MP3 player valued at $60.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Coales Branch Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and fleeing or attempting to elude police officers from Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Confiscated were three individual baggies containing a total amount of approximately 4 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $100.
