Indian Springs

The Indian Springs Village Town Council met at 7 p.m. Jan. 3 at the Indian Springs Town Hall. All council members were present except Brian Stauss.

Motion to accept Dec. 18 meeting minutes as read. Motion passed.

Motion to accept resolution to correct PAZ Commission members’ term expiration date from Nov. 1 to Feb. 26 and for the council to determine the individual term expiration dates for six members affected. Motion did not pass.

Motion to accept resolution correcting PAZ and ZBA term expiration dates from Nov. 1 and Feb. 1, respectively, to Feb. 26. Motion passed by voice vote, with Brenda Bell-Guercio, Herb Robins, Jack Mendel and Kathryn Harrington voting yea and Bart Trammell voting nay.
