The Calera Lady Eagles edged Dadeville 55-53 in a non-area contest Feb. 2.

Calera trailed 17-9 at the end of the first, but answered with an 18-point second to take a 27-24 lead at the half. Dadeville responded to tie the game 38-38 headed into the fourth. The Lady Eagles battled to outscore Dadeville 17-15 in the final quarter for the win.

Tyesha Haynes led Calera with 15 points while A’kia Harris scored 10 points for the Lady Eagles.
