The Kingwood Christian Lions picked up their second win at the AISA Class, 3A, Region II tournament with a 72-36 victory over Morgan Academy Feb. 1.

The Lions (22-1) led by three at the end of the first quarter, then broke the game open with a 26-point second to take a 42-23 lead at the half. Kingwood held Morgan Academy to just 13 points in the second half to seal the win.
