-Identity theft from the 7000 block of Berritos Avenue, unknown city, Calif. (other/unknown). Stolen was $665.90 from Direct TV account.

-Identity theft from the 6800 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett (other/unknown). Stolen was a debit card valued at $161.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 0 block of Sullivan Drive, Chelsea (storage facility). Stolen was a 2006 Craftsman 5000 watt generator valued at $600.

-Theft of services III from the 2200 block of Shelby County 46, Shelby (restaurant). Stolen was meal and drinks valued at $173.08.

-Theft of property III from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, BIrmingham (school/college). Stolen were Nike shorts valued at $25 and Nike compression pants valued at $50. Stolen and recovered was zippered bag valued at $40.

Damaged were roofing shingles, decking, insulation, walls, roofing tile and carpet in the amount of $2,500, two school computers in the amount of $1,000, copy/fax machine and couch, pictures and assorted books.

-Theft of property I from the 200 block of Shelby County 308, shelby (commercial). Stolen and recovered was 2002 Ford F-550 dump bed truck.

-Illegal possession or fraudulent use of credit or debit card from the 100 block of Polo Field Way, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were fraudulent charges equaling $684.28.

-Domestic violence – harassing communications III from Shaw Drive, CHelsea (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged were glass pane and door frame in the amount of $250.

-Burglary III from the 3600 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were numerous power and hand tools valued at $5,000 and desktop computer valued at $1,000.

-Domestic violence – criminal trespass III and domestic violence – criminal mischief III from the 4300 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo (residence/home). Damaged was bathroom doorframe.
