Whitney Gillespie pitched a 1-hit shutout in the Pelham Panthers’ 13-0 victory over Rehobeth to begin the Pelham tournament April 12.

Gillespie finished the game with eight strikeouts while allowing one hit in five innings for the win. Caitlyn Sapp led the Panthers batting 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBIs and three runs. Rebekah Fox finished 3-for-4 with two RBIs and Reagan Curtis went 1-for-2 with a triple and two RBIs.
