Mildred Rosa McElwaney, age 88, of Shelby, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. on May 16, 2013, at Bay Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. McElwaney is survived by her children, Terri Hyche, Diane Northrop and Ronald Hill (Cathy); sisters, Ruth Muse and Barbara Sanders; grandchildren, Mandy Harris (Jamie), Bo White, Dalton White, Dean Chupp (Sarah), Randy Chupp and Christy Hill; great-grandchildren, Skye, Macy, Addison and Troy Harris, Haley and Mathew Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
