Dewey “Bo” Lee Johnson, age 80, of Montevallo, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013, at his home.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Imogene Smith and Bernice Vernon; and brother, James Lee Johnson.

Bo is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lois Marie Johnson; daughters, Judy Diane Pickett and Susan Marie Genry; son, Jerry Wayne Johnson; sister, Peggy Graves; grandchildren, Brandon Genry, Andrea Carlee, Lindsey Dunaway and Trenton Johnson; and great-grandchildren, Austin, Cody, Jordan, Nathan, Abby, Maddy and Luke.

Visitation was held on May 25 from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo. Funeral services were held on May 26 at 2 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Donald Vanderslice officiating. Burial followed at Macedonia Cemetery.
