The Pelham Police Department is searching for a 14-year-old girl who has been missing from her home since Friday, May 31.

Pelham Police Department Capt. Larry Palmer said Areceli “Shelly” Nunez was reported missing at about 6 a.m. from her home in the 1400 block of Kelly Drive, which is off Shelby County 11.

Nunez is about 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, according to information released by the department.
