Indian Springs

The Indian Springs Village Town Council met at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. All council members were present.

Motion to approve the May 7 minutes as reviewed. Motion carried.

Motion to suspend rules. Motion carried. Motion to accept proposal from Flex Digital for custom web design, a photo shoot and to digitize the newsletter masthead for the cost of $3,375. Motion carried.

Motion to endorse April financial report. Motion carried.

After discussion, it was decided Mayor Brenda Bell-Guercio will notify the Shelby County Board of Education that Indian Springs will commit to $16,000 for a school security funding plan.
