HELENA— Celebrate the Fourth of July a night early at Helena’s annual Independence Day celebration and fireworks show on July 3 at the Helena Amphitheater.

A movie will be shown this year, in place of the live music of previous years, said Helena Mayor Mark Hall.

The movie will begin at 8 p.m.

The Helena Athletic Association runs the concession stand, and the funds will help the Helena Middle and High School athletic teams.

“Support the Helena Athletic Association and buy some great food at the concession stand,” Hall said.

The fireworks, sponsored by the city, will immediately follow the movie around 9:30 p.m.

“Bring a lawn chair, and come out and relax on July 3,” Hall said.
