Mary Elizabeth Howell, age 74, of Columbiana, passed away on June 27, 2013. A visitation will be held at Shelby Christian Fellowship Church in Columbiana on June 1 from noon-2 p.m., a funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Pastor Rodney Davidson will be officiating. Interment will be in Mt Signal Cemetery in Chelsea. Arrangements are under the direction of Charter Funeral Home.
