Kenneth Wayne Churchwell, age 74, of Shelby, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2013. Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. on July 9 at Pinelawn Gardens with Rev. Donald Vanderslice officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on July 9 at Bolton Funeral Home, Columbiana.

Mr. Churchwell is preceded in death by his parents, Buddy and Marjorie Churchwell. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Churchwell; daughters, Joy Cramer (Brad) and Tina Bray (Mark); grandson, Thomas Adam Edwards (Becky); great-grandsons, Logan and Luke Edwards; sisters, Claudette Rowe (Don) and Brenda Culpepper (Jimmy); and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
