Kevin and Morgan Wallace of Foley are excited to announce Skyler Nicholas Wallace who was born July 6, 2013, at Madigan Army Medical Center Washington weighing 7 pounds 1 ounce and measuring 19 and three quarters inches long. Proud grandparents are Wayne and Jeanie Jennings and Terry Wallace.
