-Robbery II from the 100 block of Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was $40 in U.S. currency.

-Criminal mischief III from the 200 block of County Highway 74, Chelsea (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to two highway department street signs for Highway 69 and 74 and in the amount of $150 were done to a stop sign at the intersection of Highway 74 and 69.

-Driving under the influence and resisting arrest from the 22000 block of Highway 145, Shelby (highway/street).

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Spider Lily Lane, Maylene (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 5100 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to two driveway light fixtures.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 200 block of White Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Identity theft and theft of property II from the 100 block of Love Lane, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were $1,500 in U.S. currency, $504.64 in U.S. currency and two social security checks valued at $1,384.

-Menacing and miscellaneous information from the 3000 block of Ashley Circle, Helena (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Highland Park Place, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 6100 block of Highway 10, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a Hitachi hammer drill valued at $200, an Ideal brand cable tester valued at $80, a Brother brand label maker valued at $40, a Dynex brand label maker valued at $40, assorted hand tools valued at $100 and a Stanley brand job box valued at $100.

-Theft of property II from the 2000 block of Highway 61, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was a Jennings .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol valued at $100.

Stolen was a Honda pressure washer valued at $1,300, a Dewalt hammer drill valued at $150, a Dewalt drill valued at $100, four Dewalt batteries with two chargers valued at $100 and a tool box with contents valued at $500.

-Theft of property II from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (govt/public building). Stolen was a check card valued at $2,418.90, a card valued at $796.04 and an Alabama drivers license.
