Ruby P. McCain, age 93, of Calera, passed away on Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, in Clanton. She is survived by her granddaughter, Melanie Majors, and by two great-grandchildren, Hunter and Derrick. She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas A. Posey, five brothers and four sisters. There will be a graveside service at Pelham City Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Aug. 22.
